Innovative tube, pipe and profile electromechanic operated bender featured by high performances as regards bending capacity, length over mandrel, head overhang yet with compact size.
Fully automatic operation on three axis, being controlled by brushless motors and digital drivers on a "closed loop". Rotary draw (mandrel) bending, compression bending and roll-bending are possible, along with CW andCCW bending directions. Hi-speed and positioning accuracy of all axis, reduced environmental impact and very low power consumption are other peculiar features. Management unit consisting of a six industrial CNC being connected to a PC in Windows® environment, adding PLC functions, available for the operator. It can be interfaced with other PCs, CAD/CAM systems, our own Measurement and Control Laser Beam Machines for tubes and pipes.
