| He set up SERGI to concentrate entirely on building small/medium
size machines and avoid dealing with large jobs so that he
could focus more on the buyer-supplier relationship. SERGI's
production includes a wide range of mechanical and hydraulic
2, 3 and 4 rolls plate bending machines up to maximum thickness
of 20 mm. About fifteen years ago our range was integrated
with the addition of Section Bending machines model SER CI.
They are all hydraulically operated, with pre-bending, three
driving rolls and two separate traversing side rolls. They
are highly versatile and can bend a large range of metal sections.
SERGI's strong point is the willingness to meet user requirements
right down to the finest detail and come up with very sturdy
state-of-the-art-machines. We use only top quality components
that are available all over the world.
A good 50% of our production is exported, mainly to Europe
(France, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Greece, Holland, United
Kingdom), the United States, the Arab countries (Egypt,
Morocco, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E.), South Africa, Asia (Korea,
Malaysia, Hong Kong) and Australia.
The company has its own engineering department which mainly
handles machines design and quality control. The assembly
of the machines and the rolls are made inside our factory,
the rest of the job is subcontracted to independent qualified
workshops.
The sales are supervised by Mr. Seravesi and his daughter
Elena.
